Stanley Aerolight Thermos Loses Heat in Less Than Five Hours

I recently started using the Stanley Aerolight 350 mL thermos I purchased through Hepsiburada for the first time, and I am experiencing a serious issue with the product. The lid of the thermos becomes noticeably warm within a short period of time, and the beverage inside becomes lukewarm in less than five hours. The fact that a thermos loses heat this quickly and that the lid becomes this warm makes me suspect that there may be a problem with the product’s insulation.

Even though I have only recently started using the product, I experience the same issue every time I use it. For this reason, I am very dissatisfied with the product I purchased and would like to point out that it is definitely not delivering the performance I expected.

I request that Stanley evaluate this thermos as a defective product under the warranty and replace it with a new one. I ask that the necessary inspection be carried out and that I be provided with information and a prompt resolution.
