Stanley 1.8L Bottle Defect Right Out of the Box



I purchased a 1.8 L Stanley thermos from an online retailer. As soon as I opened the package, I immediately noticed visible surface damage. The thermos was defective right out of the box, which caused me to lose confidence in the product.
After discovering the damage, I attempted to contact both the seller and Stanley customer service. However, I was unable to reach anyone and did not receive any response or support regarding the issue.
I am requesting that my defective 1.8 L Stanley thermos be replaced with a new, undamaged product. I also believe compensation is appropriate due to the inconvenience and negative experience.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
