Withdrawal Marked Successful But Funds Never Reached Union Bank Account

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a withdrawal from my Stake account that has still not been resolved. On 19 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹23,680.00 from my Stake account, where the account holder name is Manas M*** and the account username is manas1***. On your system this transaction, with ID 3480518***, is shown as successfully processed. The funds were supposed to be sent to my Union Bank of India account, but they have never been credited. When I contacted my bank and checked the details using the UTR information provided by your customer support, it became clear that the withdrawal was sent using incorrect bank account details and the transaction was therefore reversed. The account number used contained an extra digit, making it invalid, and for this reason the bank did not credit the funds and reversed the transfer. Since the transfer did not reach any valid account and was reversed, the amount should either have returned to Stake or to my balance, yet my Stake account still does not show this money and my funds are missing. I have repeatedly contacted Stake customer care about this issue and each time I was only given the UTR details and told the withdrawal was processed, without any proper explanation or effective investigation into where the money currently is. I have my bank statement clearly showing that the funds were never received in the correct Union Bank of India account, whose details are as follows: account holder name Nandini R***, Union Bank of India, Vikas Puri branch, account number 126712010002001, IFSC code UBIN0812***. I am also able to provide all relevant transaction information, including the transaction ID, withdrawal reference and records of my previous support interactions. This matter has now been ongoing for about one month and remains unresolved, despite my efforts and cooperation. I request that this transaction be properly traced and that my funds of ₹23,680.00 either be returned to my Stake account balance or sent again to the correct Union Bank of India account mentioned above, depending on what is technically possible. In addition, I expect a clear and detailed explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal and written confirmation once the issue has been fully resolved and my funds are no longer in limbo. I am ready to provide any further documentation or verification you may need, including bank records proving that the amount was never credited to the intended account. I kindly ask that you treat this matter as urgent and provide a prompt and final resolution.
