Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful Bank Transfer

I deposited ₹2000 via UPI on the website https://stake.ac to my account registered with the email address sandeshkhan***[email protected] on 08/04/2026. The amount was debited from my bank account and the transaction shows as successful on my side, with UTR No. 060987120714, but the money has still not been credited to my Stake account. I contacted your customer support and was informed that the money has not been received on your end. However, my bank confirms that the payment was successfully processed, and the amount has been deducted from my account, which leaves me in a difficult situation as the funds are stuck. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this UPI transaction using the UTR number provided, and either immediately credit ₹2000 to my stake.ac account or refund the same amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.
