Mobile Number Update Issue Blocking Access To Wallet Funds

I am a FamPay wallet user from Kota, Rajasthan, India, and I am unable to update my mobile number, which has completely blocked my access to the wallet. My old mobile number is deactivated and I no longer have access to it, and I also do not have my FamPay card details with me. Because of this, I cannot receive OTPs or log in properly, and in the app there is no option appearing to add or update a new mobile number. At the moment, around 2500 INR of my money is stuck in the FamPay wallet and I am unable to use it. To solve this problem, I called FamPay customer support, but I did not receive clear guidance on how to update my number without access to the old SIM and without the card details. As a result, I am still stuck and unable to use my FamPay wallet. I request FamPay to help me by manually verifying my identity through alternative methods and updating my new mobile number in my account, so that I can regain access to my wallet and the 2500 INR that is currently blocked.
