I have a Spotify student account and recently received an email asking me to verify my student status. I entered my details, and my student status was confirmed, but in the final step, it required a student document. I downloaded my student certificate from e-Devlet and uploaded it to the system, but I received another email saying they couldn’t verify my status and that I could upload a new document.
