Spotify Student Verification Fails Despite Submitting Documents

I have a Spotify student account and recently received an email asking me to verify my student status. I entered my details, and my student status was confirmed, but in the final step, it required a student document. I downloaded my student certificate from e-Devlet and uploaded it to the system, but I received another email saying they couldn’t verify my status and that I could upload a new document. However, the site linked in the email doesn’t allow me to upload any documents. This is causing a lot of frustration, and I need this issue resolved so I can continue using my student account without interruptions. Please address this problem and resolve my verification issue.
