Spotify Keeps Charging Me After I Canceled Premium

Even though I have not wanted to keep a Spotify Premium subscription for a long time, Spotify has been automatically charging my card every month. I have removed my saved cards and canceled automatic payments multiple times, but the system continues to charge me again. The most recent charge was $2 on June 20, 2026.

I am a student, and having an unwanted payment taken from my already limited budget every month has caused me serious financial hardship. The email address linked to my Spotify account is i********@Gmail.com**. I request that these ongoing charges, which are being made without my approval or request, be stopped immediately, that my Premium subscription be fully canceled, and that the unauthorized amounts be refunded to me, especially the $2 charged on June 20, 2026.

I ask that this issue be reviewed urgently and that my financial loss be resolved.
