For the past 15 days, I have been repeatedly harassed by phone calls and WhatsApp messages from various people, even though I have never used the Soulchill app nor created any account on it.
The callers claim that they obtained my number from a woman named “A*”** on Soulchill, who allegedly lives in Maltepe. The harassment typically starts with WhatsApp messages and calls in the evening and continues with early-morning calls from different numbers.
I request that Soulchill check whether an account has been created using my phone number or personal information, and if such an account exists, that it be permanently deleted. Additionally, I demand that my phone number be completely removed from the system to prevent further misuse.
I am deeply disturbed that my personal information may have been used without my consent, and I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. If no action is taken, I will be forced to pursue legal measures to protect my privacy.
