My Phone Number Misused on Soulchill App — Receiving Harassing Calls

Since September 20, I have been constantly harassed by strangers via phone calls and other communication channels, even though I have never used the Soulchill app or created any kind of membership. The callers usually make friendship requests and say that they found my number on Soulchill. One of them even mentioned that they got my number from a user named “Melisa”, whose Soulchill ID is 503129.

I am extremely uncomfortable with this situation. I request that Soulchill immediately check whether any account has been created using my personal information, and if so, that all such accounts and my personal data (especially my phone number) be completely deleted from the system. I also ask that measures be taken to prevent anyone from contacting me through the app and to stop any unauthorized sharing of my personal information.

So far, I have not contacted Soulchill’s support team directly, but I have blocked the numbers of people who have called me and saved them on my block list. I am urgently requesting clarification and resolution regarding this issue.
