Cancel My Soouya Subscription

I recently noticed that an amount of 49.80 USD was deducted from my BBK card by a merchant named “RXSOOUYA*W46075673 HK” on 26/10/2026. I have never created any subscription, membership, or given any authorization to this company, and I do not know what kind of service or product this charge is related to. This transaction is completely unknown and unauthorized for me. I request that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to my card with this merchant be cancelled immediately so that no further amounts are deducted from my account. I kindly ask you to cancel this subscription without delay and to stop all future charges related to “RXSOOUYA*W46075673 HK”. I also request your written confirmation that the cancellation has been processed.
