PlayStation Refund Delayed. Waiting Over a Week for Simple Returns

I recently requested refunds for a few games on PlayStation. These games were purchased less than two weeks ago and haven't even been downloaded. Yet, I've been waiting for over a week for what should be a simple refund process. If your intention is to delay until the refund period expires, I want you to know that I'm prepared to exercise all my legal rights. The money we spend on these games isn't insignificant, but even if it were, treating consumers this way is unethical. Sony's withdrawal from Turkey has truly turned PlayStation into a chaotic experience for Turkish gamers. I wish they hadn't left so we wouldn't have to deal with situations like this.
