My PlayStation Account Was Stolen And Money Was Taken From My Card
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that on 20/08/2024 at 00:30, a sum of ₺8,000 was taken from my account without my authorization. It seems like my account has been compromised. I reached out to the bank to cancel a transaction of approximately 8,000 TL, however, my account has not been restored as of yet. Can you step in and help with this situation? Over a week, a total of 12 individuals, including me, have been affected by this problem. PlayStation is responsible for such a breach. I'm unsure if my password has been compromised or if my account has been breached, but I'm unable to log in. Ever since they modified the email linked to the account, I have been unable to submit a complaint. I kindly request that PlayStation promptly return my account and reimburse the affected individuals for the withdrawn funds.
