Two-Step Verification Issue Prevents EA FC24 Account Access

I’m incredibly frustrated because I purchased EA FC24 through the PS Store last February, but the account I bought it with is linked to my old phone number for two-step verification. I deleted the account from my PlayStation for a job, and now I can’t log back in. The two-step verification is preventing me from contacting the company in any way. I reached out to customer service in the UK (I live in Turkey), and they told me they couldn’t help. I tried fixing the issue through their website, but that didn’t work either. It’s been 2 months, and I still can’t access my account.
