I'm Demanding a Full Refund After PlayStation Auto-Renewed My Membership

On 05/30/2026, my PlayStation Deluxe+ membership linked to my Sony PlayStation account was automatically renewed without any approval from me and without prior notification, and $91 was charged from the credit card registered to my PSN account. This transaction took place through my PSN account registered under the email address TGC…@gmail.com.
I did not knowingly or intentionally renew this membership, and I'm not currently making active use of this service. Despite this, I don't accept such a high amount being charged to my card for a service I'm not using. When I first got this membership, I purchased a 1-year package, and it appears the same package was automatically renewed without any confirmation screen or clear notification.
I tried writing to customer service about this, but the system keeps giving an error, and I can't reach anyone at all. Because of this, my problem remains unresolved.
I am requesting that my PlayStation Deluxe+ membership be canceled immediately, and that the $91 payment be refunded in full, without any deductions, to my credit card.
