I Want a Refund for GTA 5 After Learning I Need PS Plus to Play Online

Last night, I purchased GTA 5 from the PS Store on my Sony PlayStation. Today, when I tried the game, I found out that I would need a separate PS Plus subscription in order to play online. Since I don't want to pay an extra fee to play online, I tried to return the game, but I wasn't able to get a refund through the system in any way.
I am requesting a refund for the game's cost related to my purchase, order number 787083945175366. Since it's currently outside customer service hours, I haven't been able to speak with them yet, so I want my complaint resolved as soon as possible and the product price refunded to me.
