I purchased Solgar VM-75 multivitamins, but shortly after opening the product, noticeable stains appeared on the tablets by themselves. First, I took the product back to the pharmacy where I bought it, and they forwarded it to the company. However, after about 10 days, the product was simply returned to me without any explanation—only a visual check had been done.
How can we possibly feel safe using a product like this? How are we supposed to trust that it is clean and healthy? I specifically bought this for my wife, who is a doctor herself. We are not outsiders to this field, and yet we were treated as if we wouldn’t understand the seriousness of the issue. My wife would never recommend a product to her patients that shows visible stains on the tablets. For the company to claim that this is “fit for use” is truly unacceptable.
From a brand like Solgar, I expected a far more serious, reassuring, and professional response. I am requesting either a replacement of the product or a full refund.
