I took Solgar Calcium Magnesium Boron for the third time to help with a vitamin deficiency. However, just one hour after taking it, I began to feel a sharp ache near my heart, where I have two stents placed. Two hours later, the pain had worsened—I could no longer turn my neck, and my left shoulder and arm became stiff and sore.
This supplement had an immediate and alarming effect on my body, especially on my cardiovascular system. I don’t know what ingredient caused it, but whatever’s in this formula clearly doesn’t agree with people who have heart conditions. If the pain doesn’t improve by tomorrow, I’ll be seeing my cardiologist for a full evaluation.
