If tokens don’t appear after importing into Solflare, first confirm on a Solana explorer that the tokens are actually held by your wallet address, since Solflare only displays on-chain balances.
If the explorer shows them, the issue is almost always a display or sync problem.
Refresh the wallet and switch RPC endpoints in Solflare settings, as unstable or overloaded Solana nodes can prevent tokens from loading correctly. This often fixes missing SPL tokens without any further action.
Make sure the token is supported and added correctly by pasting the exact token mint address, not the contract from another network. Tokens sent on the wrong network or to a different address cannot be displayed or recovered by Solflare.
Updating or reinstalling the app can resolve corrupted local data, but only do this after confirming you have your recovery phrase or Ledger access.
If the tokens exist on-chain but still don’t appear, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
