Socios.com Restricted My Account Without Explanation

Three weeks ago, Socios.com restricted my account without providing any valid reason. They requested several documents, which I promptly filled out and submitted. Despite sending multiple emails over an extended period, there has been no response. The customer representative claims to have escalated the issue to the authorities, yet there's no action taken. It's been a considerable time since I submitted the required documents, and I'm baffled by the prolonged review period. I urgently demand the immediate reactivation of my account.
