Unable to Access Snapchat Account Due to Banned Device Issue

I recently purchased a second-hand phone, but when I try to log into my Snapchat account, I receive a message stating that the device is banned. This has left me completely locked out of my account, and I urgently need access. I rely on this account, and it’s unacceptable that I am being penalized for an issue caused by a previous owner.
I have also invested money in the app, making this situation even more frustrating. I demand immediate support from Snapchat to resolve this issue and lift the ban on my device so I can access my account. It’s unfair to hold me accountable for someone else’s actions. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
