Snapchat SS06 Error Blocks Account for Months

I've been trying to create a Snapchat account, but I keep getting an alert saying 'SS06'. Despite being told it's temporary, for the past few months, I haven't been able to access my old account or create a new one. My old account was blocked due to inappropriate content. However, at that time, my phone had a virus, and I was unaware of any such video being sent. I appealed the decision, but I still haven't received any response.
