Snapchat Account Recovery Failed Because I No Longer Have My Old Number or iCloud

Approximately 5–6 months ago, my iPhone 11 was broken, and because of that I completely lost access to the iCloud account, email address, and Snapchat account that were connected to that phone. During that stressful period, I also changed my phone number in a hurry, which means I no longer have access to the old phone number linked to my Snapchat account either. I do not remember the username or password of my old iCloud account, and since the phone is broken, I cannot check any of the saved information there.
Today, I went to five different Türk Telekom stores in an attempt to recover my old phone number, but I was told that the number no longer appears in the available number pool and cannot be accessed. This means that both the old phone number and the email address required to log into my Snapchat account are now completely unreachable for me. I still know the name of my Snapchat account, and the account is currently active, but I have absolutely no way to log in.
Inside this account are extremely important photos, memories, and many personal files that matter deeply to me. I have two clear requests from Snapchat: either verify that the account belongs to me through identity verification, a video call, or another secure method and restore my access to the account, or if that is not possible, permanently close and delete the account completely. Even without access to my old phone number and email address, I ask Snapchat to provide a definite solution through another form of identity verification. Otherwise, because of the private information still stored in the account, I feel helpless and seriously distressed.
