Kwai Won’t Let Me Withdraw My Earnings to My Bank Account
Yesterday, I created a withdrawal request from my Kwai account to my bank account, but the request was not approved. In the application, I only see a message saying “withdrawal failed,” and each time the amount is automatically returned back to my account balance.
Because no detailed error message or warning is provided, I cannot understand what the actual problem is. Even though I contacted the in-app support team, no solution has been offered, and my withdrawal transaction still cannot be completed successfully.
I request that the withdrawal process from my Kwai account to my bank account be completed without any issues and that I receive a clear explanation regarding why this problem is happening. My account ID is “A***doluvideolar” written as one word, but the system here does not allow it to be entered correctly in that format.
