How to Remove Snapchat SS06 Device Ban Error

I have been unable to log into my active Snapchat account on my phone for approximately 28 days. When I try to open the app, I receive an SS06 device ban error, and as a result, my access to Snapchat is blocked on this device.
I have not intentionally violated any Snapchat rules, and I have not received any email or warning regarding a rule violation. Despite this, my device appears to have been banned, which I believe is a mistake.
I request that access to my Snapchat account and device be restored, and that the SS06 device ban be reviewed and removed if it has been applied unfairly.
