My Snapchat Account Locked After Accepting Requests
While using the Snapchat app on my Redmi Note 12 Pro device, I was automatically logged out of my account about an hour ago without any warning. I experienced the same issue with another account about three weeks ago. Instead of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I even fully reset my phone, but the problem still wasn’t resolved.
I tried contacting Snapchat’s customer support, but I couldn’t reach them. This problem happens only on the Snapchat app — all my other apps work without any issues. When I try to log back in, I receive the message: “Your account has been locked.” I haven’t violated any rules; all I did was accept incoming friend requests.
I purchased my device from MediaMarkt and it is not under warranty. I request that my account be reopened and that this issue does not occur again. I kindly ask for your assistance.
