Snapchat Says “Device Banned” on Xiaomi Mi Note 10

I bought a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 phone from a friend, and for about a month I haven’t been able to log into my Snapchat account. When I try to sign in, I receive an error message saying “Device banned.” I also tried logging in with a different Snapchat account on the same device, but I still got the same warning. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, the problem continues. No modifications or root operations have been done on the device.

I sent a report to Snapchat’s support team, but I haven’t received a solution yet, and my device ban has not been lifted. Snapchat is very important to me, and I need to access my account (username: olmaz4545). The issue occurred in Mardin and has been ongoing for about a month.

I request that the Snapchat team remove the ban on my device and take the necessary steps so that I can log into my account again.
