I purchased the Smooche lip plumper through the website’s “buy 3” campaign after reading positive comments and reviews online. However, the three products I received looked nothing like the product shown in the advertisements and product images. The items that arrived were basically ordinary lip glosses with no noticeable effect at all. Even the shine disappears almost immediately after applying it.

I contacted the company multiple times about the issue, but the responses I received were completely unreasonable and unhelpful. First, they claimed the packaging had changed. Then they said one product was a strawberry lip gloss and another was a cinnamon lip plumper. The problem is that I never wanted regular lip gloss products in the first place. I specifically ordered a lip plumper based on the advertisements and promotional claims.

On top of that, the products neither add shine properly nor create any lip plumping effect. Despite my repeated complaints, the company never offered a refund, never suggested an exchange, and never provided any real customer support. The products I received have absolutely nothing to do with the advertisements used to sell them, and I feel completely misled as a customer.
