Smooche Sent Me a Different Lip Plumper Than the One Advertised

Yes, dear readers, I ordered a three-pack of the Smooche lip plumper product after seeing the advertisement on Instagram and purchasing it through the Smooche website. However, the product that arrived was completely different from the one shown in the advertisement. I also shared photos of the item I received because the tube design looks nothing like the original product shown online. Honestly, it looks like a different product entirely, almost as if it was filled and packaged separately by someone else.

When applied to the lips, the product causes a burning sensation. That part may be normal for lip plumping products, I am not completely sure, but visually the product made me uncomfortable because the packaging and appearance were nothing like the slim, long tube design that I originally ordered. As a customer, I contacted the company and submitted a complaint explaining the issue, but I never received any response.

I hope the company eventually contacts me, refunds my money, or sends the actual product that was advertised. Otherwise, I am seriously considering escalating the matter to Consumer Rights authorities. I wanted to share this experience publicly so that other customers can be careful before purchasing. Please be cautious.
