The Smooche Lip Plumper Had No Effect and Felt Misleading
The Smooche lip plumper I received has nothing to do with the product shown in the images on the website. The packaging and appearance are completely different from what was advertised. In addition, all of the reviews published on the website appear to be overwhelmingly positive, which now makes me question how genuine those comments really are.
The product itself has absolutely no effect. It feels like nothing more than a cinnamon-flavored liquid. There is no fullness, no visible plumping effect, and no result remotely close to what was promised in the advertisements. The only noticeable sensation is slight irritation, but there is definitely no lip enhancement as claimed.
I requested a refund because the product is misleading and ineffective, but I have not received any response from the company. The lack of customer support and the major difference between the advertised product and the item actually delivered have left me extremely disappointed as a customer.
