Smooche Customer Support Ignored My Messages After Delivery

I ordered a lip plumper from the Instagram account called Smooche Lip after researching the product and seeing that it appeared to be a popular item sold abroad. I believed it was being offered at a promotional price, so I decided to purchase it. However, when the product arrived, it looked nothing like the item shown in the advertisements and product photos.

The texture and quality of the product were extremely disappointing. When applied, it felt like I had spread glue or a sticky substance on my lips. Honestly, it was so uncomfortable that I would not even consider using it as a regular lip balm. The product quality was far below what was advertised online.

I contacted the seller regarding the issue, but my messages were only seen and completely ignored without any response or solution. Because of this experience, I want other customers to be careful if this product or account appears in front of them on Instagram or other social media platforms.
