Smooche Sent Me the Wrong Products and Ignored My Refund Requests

On February 10, 2025, I purchased four Smooche Collagen Lip Plumper products from the company’s website. However, the products I received had nothing to do with the items I originally ordered. Because of this, I contacted the company multiple times through WhatsApp, Gmail, and Instagram to request a return and refund, especially since the website clearly advertises a “100% refund guarantee.”

In addition, I left my contact information on their website requesting a callback and also tried calling the phone number listed on the site. Unfortunately, I never received any response through any of these channels. The phone number published on the website is not even active, which makes the entire business appear misleading and unreliable.

At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. The company promotes refund guarantees and customer support services that do not actually exist. Since I have been unable to get any assistance regarding the incorrect products I received and my refund request, I will be filing an official complaint with Consumer Rights authorities.
