Smooche 30 Day Return Guarantee Does Not Actually Work

I purchased the Smooche lip plumper because the website clearly advertised a 30-day return guarantee, which made me feel comfortable trying the product. However, after using it, I realized that it does not work at all and does not provide the results that were promised in the advertisements.

The biggest problem is that it is almost impossible to contact anyone from the company. When I tried to request a return and refund under the so-called 30-day guarantee, I could not reach customer support or get any assistance. There is no proper communication, no response, and no real support process for customers who want to return the product.

At this point, the entire system feels misleading and built on false promises. The advertised guarantee appears meaningless because customers are not actually being helped with refunds or returns. I regret purchasing this product and want the company to honor the promised return policy and process my refund immediately.
