Smooche Lip Plumper Looked Nothing Like the Product Advertised Online

The Smooche product I received looked completely different from what was advertised on the website. When I applied it to my lips, it caused a burning sensation, but I did not experience the plumping effect that was promised. On top of that, it left white sticky residue on my lips, making the product uncomfortable and unpleasant to use.

I was already disappointed when I saw that the packaging looked nothing like the product shown online. The item I received feels cheap and not practical to use at all. The brand is advertised as a foreign beauty brand, yet all of the writing on the packaging is entirely in Turkish, which made the product feel misleading and untrustworthy.

I purchased the product during a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, but I honestly regret buying it. The actual product quality, packaging, and results are nowhere near what was promoted on the website. I feel misled as a customer and disappointed with the entire shopping experience.
