I Face Multiple Charges From Smallpdf After Canceling Pro Membership
Even though I canceled my Pro membership on Smallpdf, my account has been charged seven separate times. This is completely unacceptable.
I have also seen that other users experienced the same issue, which shows this is not an isolated problem. To make matters worse, the complaint section on their website gives an error, and there is no clear contact information available to properly reach support.
It is unfair and irresponsible for a company to charge users repeatedly after cancellation and make it nearly impossible to get help. I demand that all unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that Smallpdf take accountability for these practices.
