Slickdeals Did Not Pay Out Cashback As Agreed Upon

After reading the terms and conditions, I decided to sign up for Slickdeals Cashback Rewards Points. I was hoping to get 11% of the money I spent last month back when I bought this Dell Inspiron laptop (model number: i5-1335U). Nevertheless, my cashback remains unreceived. The same generic message keeps popping up in my inbox every time I contact Slickdeals customer service via email in an attempt to fix the issue: ''Regarding your unfulfilled order, we have contacted the vendor. We will inform you once they have completed the verification of your order. We sincerely regret any trouble this may have caused and value your understanding as we work through this process''. Slickdeals owes me $140 since they deceived me with their browser extension. I shall pursue legal measures if they do not meet their responsibility. Customers are plainly being harmed by this dishonesty.
