Skywell ET5 Rear Control Arm Failure at 19,000 KM Sparks Warranty Dispute
The right and left rear control arm assemblies on my Skywell ET5, which has only 19,000 km on it, have broken. The vehicle is just six months old, and I was shocked that this mechanical failure was labeled as “user error.” I had been enjoying the car, but the issue was not covered under warranty. Instead, I was asked to pay $441 for the repair.
There is a distributor, Ulu Motor, that does not stand behind its product. I wanted this to be known.
