My Hotmail account was locked unexpectedly, stating that "inappropriate activity" was detected. However, 5 days ago, all I did was check an email from my bank and opened Skype to see if I had any new messages. For the past 3 days, I’ve been unable to access either Skype or Hotmail. To make things worse, Skype is attempting to charge me $25, even though I never requested any credits or services. This situation is highly frustrating, and I need my accounts unlocked immediately. Microsoft, please resolve this issue and stop any unauthorized charges.
