Follow-up On Restricted Skrill Account

I am writing to follow up on the ongoing review of my Skrill personal account linked to the registered email address xcro***[email protected] and held in the name of Piyawadee S***. My account has now been under review and effectively restricted for about 27 days, and during this period I have not received any clear update on the status of the process. I was previously informed that my account had been “promoted”, but after that notification there has been no further progress or explanation from Skrill. The lack of clear information and the prolonged review period are causing me serious inconvenience, particularly because I am unable to access or withdraw my funds. I kindly request that my account verification process be completed as soon as possible, or that my account be opened at least to allow withdrawals. If there are any additional documents or information required from my side to finalize the review, I would appreciate it if you could clearly indicate what is needed so that I can provide it without further delay.
