Skechers Shoes Faded After Getting Wet in Light Rain and Customer Service Blamed Me
I bought a pair of Skechers shoes only 4 months ago, and after a quick 5-minute walk home in some light rain, the navy blue part started to fade, and the color bled onto the white sections. I was taken aback because I didn’t think a popular brand like Skechers would have a problem like that. When I contacted customer service, they said, "You really shouldn’t wear them in the rain." How am I supposed to know when it’s going to rain out of nowhere? In a situation like this, I would have liked a response that focused more on solutions and being helpful. I think the product is faulty, so I’d like to get a replacement, please. This isn’t my first Skechers purchase, but this experience has shaken my trust in the brand.
