Skechers D Lites Popular Vote Shoes Sole Cracked After 4 Months
I purchased a pair of Skechers D'lites - Popular Vote shoes online and used them daily under normal conditions. Despite only about four months of use, the shoes started opening, and the sole collapsed and cracked, which I do not find acceptable for a product in this price and quality segment. After noticing the problems, I first submitted an online return/exchange request, but it was rejected. I then contacted a Skechers store, and they told me they would help; however, since the purchase had been made online and not picked up from the store, they said they could not take any action. I am disappointed that a shoe I used for a relatively short period has deteriorated in this way and that my support requests have not resulted in a solution. I kindly request that this issue be resolved with either a refund or a product replacement for my Skechers D'lites - Popular Vote shoes.
Your statements are useless when you don't produce a solution; it's a shame. No one should trust Skechers and pay this money for a product that will be used for six months.
