Despite having full insurance, the car broke down and it took them five hour in this cold weather to provide a replacement. When we expressed or dissatisfaction and requested a faster solution, the lady, Mrs. C****, insulted us. Our experience was nothing short of a scandal. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I should have rented from the company next door. It would have been better like that, we could at least not be insulted.
