Sixt Rent a Car Breakdown, Lengthy Wait, and Insults Despite Full Coverage
Despite having full insurance, the car broke down and it took them five hour in this cold weather to provide a replacement. When we expressed or dissatisfaction and requested a faster solution, the lady, Mrs. C****, insulted us. Our experience was nothing short of a scandal. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I should have rented from the company next door. It would have been better like that, we could at least not be insulted. Stranded in cold weather, we waited an excruciating five hours for a replacement, then this. How nice. Bravo
