I Face Burning and Rash After Using Sinoz Perfect Serum Face Cleansing on Normal Skin

I purchased the Sinoz Perfect Serum Face Cleansing product (as shown in the attached photo), and despite choosing the version that matches my skin type, it caused a severe skin reaction. After just a few uses, I developed burn-like irritation, rashes, and redness on my face. It’s unclear whether this is due to a formulation issue or a production defect, but the impact has been harsh and immediate.
I do not have sensitive skin, nor do I have any allergies to the listed ingredients — yet my skin is now damaged, and I’m trying to repair the effects on my own. This product should not trigger such reactions, especially when labeled as suitable for my skin type.
Sinoz, I demand an urgent explanation. I need to know why this happened, whether this batch was properly tested, and what exactly in the formula could have caused this. Please provide a detailed response along with supporting dermatological safety information.
Consumers like me trust your brand to deliver safe skincare. I expect a clear resolution and accountability for the harm caused. Ignoring this would only further damage the trust you’ve built with your customers.
