Sinoz Face Wash for Dry Sensitive Skin Caused Redness, Itching, and Skin Irritation
I used the Sinoz face wash designed for dry and sensitive skin, expecting a gentle product suited to my skin type. Instead, I experienced a severe reaction almost immediately after application. My face began to burn and turn red, and then small red bumps appeared. Some of them look like pimples, others like clogged pores, and a few don’t even resemble anything I’ve seen before.
The itching became unbearable. Despite washing my face multiple times with cold water, the irritation would not stop. While the product didn’t cause dryness at first, this sudden and extreme reaction came out of nowhere. My skin looks terrible now—much worse than before I applied anything.
Photos don’t even show how bad it is in reality. The redness is far more intense in person, and my skin feels like it’s constantly inflamed.
Sinoz, I need an urgent explanation and resolution. Why did a product marketed for sensitive skin cause such an aggressive reaction? I expect you to take responsibility and advise how to safely treat the effects your product caused.
