On May 28, 2025, I purchased the following skincare products from Sinoz and began using them that same day:
Perfect Sebum Face Cleansing
Pink Touch Sunscreen
Pure Cica Repair Moisturizer
Pure Cica Tone-Equalizing Cream
I chose these products based on their descriptions and claims that they were suitable for my skin type. However, shortly after starting use, I experienced itchiness and dryness, which worsened over the next few days. By the fourth day, I developed a strong burning sensation, to the point where even washing my face with water caused pain.
The products I hoped would help regulate oil and improve my skin did the opposite. My face is now covered in painful breakouts, and my skin barrier feels completely damaged. This experience has left me not only physically uncomfortable but emotionally distressed as well.
It is extremely concerning that products marketed for sensitive skin could trigger such harsh reactions. It raises the question of whether these formulas were adequately tested before release. Sinoz, I urge you to take consumer health seriously and investigate these formulations.
I request a formal response regarding this issue and expect accountability for the damage caused. Please do not ignore the impact this has had on my well-being. I trusted your brand, and now I’m left with the consequences.
