Sinoz Facial Cleanser Caused Redness and Peeling on My Skin

I recently started using the Sinoz facial cleanser and unfortunately experienced a negative reaction shortly after applying it. My face developed redness, dryness, irritation, and peeling. I had high expectations for this product due to the positive reviews I read online, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My skin is not normally this sensitive, but it reacted severely after using this product. I have not changed any other part of my skincare routine, so I am confident that this reaction was caused by the cleanser.
