Sinbo Vacuum Has Weak Suction but Store Denied Return
On August 29, 2025, I purchased a Sinbo SVC-8613 model vacuum cleaner from the A101 store located at Tebrizkapı in the İpekyolu district of Van city center. When I used the product, I realized that the suction power was extremely weak. The very next day, on August 30, 2025, I returned to the same store to request a refund.
The store employee told me that they could not accept a return and that I needed to contact Sinbo’s authorized service instead. However, as a consumer, I felt wronged by this response—especially since this was a clear performance issue experienced on the very first day and there is a legal 14-day right of withdrawal and return. The store’s refusal to accept the product at all and its decision to immediately direct me to the service center caused me inconvenience.
Even though I applied to the store just one day after purchase due to the suction power problem, my refund request was rejected. I am requesting that A101 respect consumer rights in this process and either refund the purchase price or replace the product with one that functions properly.
