Arnica Sold Me a Cordless Vacuum That Lasts Only 20 Minutes on a Full Charge

Arnica is selling a cordless vacuum cleaner for ₺9000 that is practically useless and refuses to take responsibility or accept returns. The vacuum I used just for testing does not even last 20 minutes on a full charge. Charging it for 4 hours just to get 20 minutes of use makes no sense. Their customer service suggests using the product at minimum power to extend battery life as if that is a joke. If that is the case why advertise it as 400 watts and market it for its power. If I wanted to use a vacuum at minimum power I would have bought a corded one instead. Arnica should take back its product and stand behind what it sells.

I bought the Arnica Solara ET13452 white upright vacuum cleaner from a famous technology store. The sales consultant introduced the product so well that they used the black version as an example and said there was a white one, only missing a few attachments, and that all its features were the same. They showed examples from the more featured black one. We were impressed by its suction power and other features, so I bought it. I came home, fully charged it, and tested it at home; the charge ran out after 15 minutes. We were told in the store that we could use it for 40+ minutes and that it charged in 4 hours. Charging it for 4-5 hours every day to use it for 15 minutes is not reasonable. While there are more quality products at the same price, I chose this brand because it is domestically produced, but it was a big disappointment. Also, there are scratches on the glass part of the product's main head attachment, maybe it was a display product. As the Arnica brand, I want to express that you should stand behind your product and that I request a return. Especially after reading the complaints on this site, I am even more disheartened. Please process my return, I don’t want to throw away 9,000 TL.
