Simple Premium Refund Request for a Misleading Belly Fat Reduction Program

Today, at around 9:00 a.m., I paid 548.81 TRY by credit card through Simple Premium to purchase a belly fat reduction program. After completing the payment and logging into the system, I was presented with a screen stating that I had to pay an additional 1,500 TRY on top of the amount I had already paid.

Since this additional fee was not clearly disclosed before I made the payment, I feel misled. Revealing such a substantial extra charge only after the initial payment is both misleading and damaging to customer trust, and it has put me in an unfair situation.

For this reason, I request the cancellation and full refund of the 548.81 TRY I paid through Simple Premium. I also expect the company to clearly and transparently disclose all fees and additional payment requirements before users complete their purchases.
