Undelivered Major Appliances
On October 1, 2025, relying on the Siemens brand and your corporate assurance, I purchased all of my major household appliances for my home from your official authorized dealer “ESANKA ANKASTRE DAYANIKLI TÜKETİM MALLARI HIRDAVAT” located in Eskişehir Vega Shopping Mall. The total amount of the purchase was paid in full by my Garanti Bank credit card, and an e-archive invoice was issued in my name. Despite the fact that I fully paid for these Siemens appliances about a year ago, the products have never been delivered to me. As of September 2026, the Esanka dealer has declared konkordato and ceased operations, and it is no longer possible to reach the dealer in any way or to access their warehouse. My choice to purchase was made entirely on the strength of the Siemens name, logo and signage on this store, and on the assumption that an “authorized dealer” operates under the responsibility and assurance of Siemens and BSH Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the manufacturer/importer is jointly and severally liable for the damages caused to the consumer through its authorized dealer. I have already sent a formal notice regarding this matter via a notary public to your company, and I was contacted by Ms. Sinem from Siemens Headquarters. However, I was told to resolve the matter with the dealer, which is clearly impossible given that the dealer is insolvent and has effectively disappeared. I urgently need these products in order to set up my home and I am experiencing serious financial and emotional distress because I paid a very substantial amount but have received nothing in return. I therefore request that, in a manner befitting the reputation of the Siemens brand, either all of my undelivered products be supplied to me immediately from Siemens’ own stocks, or that my payment be refunded to me without delay. Given the duration and seriousness of this problem, I kindly but firmly request an urgent written response and a prompt solution.
