I Face Shorten.com Free Trial Scam And Unexpected Charge

I started a 1-month free trial on Shorten.com. However, even though only 5 days had passed since starting the trial, $6 was charged to my account. I believed my membership was still within the free trial period, so this charge has caused me inconvenience and frustration.

I contacted Shorten.com customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. As a result, my problem remains unresolved.

I request that this $6 charge, which I believe is unfair, be canceled and refunded to my account. Additionally, if my membership is to continue, I expect the free trial terms to be clearly and transparently explained.
